For years, I have seen teens and families struggle with anxiety. I've even "lived it" in my own home. The battles to get out of the house in the morning, struggles with navigating school and social stuff, arguments about going to therapy sessions, high levels of stress and conflict in the house, having to show up and perform at work when you are physically and emotionally exhausted, worrying about the impact on everyone in the family, and dealing with heartache that only a mom can truly understand.
